Il vice primo ministro Zeng Peiyan ha sottolineato la
necessit岬 di accelerare il riaggiustamento della struttura,

Il vice direttore della Commissione regolatoria del settia
Jiang Dingzhi ha affermato l'11 dicembre a Pechino che la
Cina incoraggia l'equa concorrenza fra le banche a capitali
interni ed esteri.
I "Regolamenti amministrativi delle banche a capitali esteri
in Cina" sono entrati in vigore l'11 dicembre, per cui da
allora non esistono pi徂 restrizioni a livello di regione o
clientela alle operazioni in RMB in Cina delle banche a
capitali esteri. Attualmente la Commissione regolatoria del
settore bancario cinese ha ricevuto la richiesta di
modificare le proprie filiali in istituti di credito
giuridici da otto banche a capitali stranieri, tra cui la
Citibank.
Jiang Dingzhi ha detto che la Cina si impegner岬 a promuovere
la costituzione di un efficace sistema di concorrenza del
settore bancario, migliorando nel frattempo il meccanismo di
ritiro degli organismi finanziari dal settore al fine di
dare vita ad un ambiente di gestione degli istituti di
credito a capitali interni ed esteri equo.
Jiang Dingzhi ha aggiunto che la Cina incoraggia le banche a
capitale estero a svolgere le loro attivit岬 nell'Ovest del
paese, nella vecchia base industriale del Nord-est e nelle
zone rurali non sviluppate, ed a offrire politiche
agevolanti in merito.
L'alta valutazione della WTO conferma i traguardi della Cina

L'11 dicembre ricorre il quinto anniversario dell'ingresso
della Cina nella WTO. concedendo un'intervista esclusiva al
giornalista della nostra radio a Ginevra, il portavoce
dell'organizzazione, Anoush Der Boghossian, ha detto che sin
dalla sua adesione alla WTO, la Cina si 岢 sempre impegnata
per adempiere alle proprie promesse, ottenendo grandi
progressi.
L'ambasciatore cinese permanente presso la WTO Sun Zhenyu ha
anche affermato che la Cina ha adempiuto coscienziosamente
alle proprie promesse, ottenendo la conferma generale dei
membri della WTO.
Boghossian ha detto che sin dalla sua adesione alla WTO, la
Cina ha ottenuto grandi risultati nel ambito della riforma.
Il paese ha riordinato le leggi ed i regolamenti per
corrispondere alle regole dell'organizzazione, e ha aperto
ulteriormente l'economia, il commercio ed il mercato
nazionali verso l'estero. L'ingresso della Cina nella WTO
rende l'Organizzazione Mondiale del Commercio meritevole del
suo nome.
Concesso un'intervista esclusiva al giornalista della nostra
radio, Sun Zhenyu ha affermato che nei 5 anni dal suo
ingresso nella WTO, la Cina ha riordinato e modificato circa
2000 leggi e regolamenti e ha ridotto di un grande margine i
dazi doganali. Nella parte di misure non doganali, il paese
ha cancellato gradualmente la licenza d'importazione e il
sistema di quota.
Cina: maggiore apertura verso l'estero dell'industria
manifatturiera

Il 7 novembre il vice presidente del Comitato permanente
dell'Assemblea Popolare Nazionale cinese Jiang Zhenghua ha
detto che il paese deve aprire totalmente verso l'estero
l'industria manifatturiera.
Jiang Zhenghua lo ha affermato durante la cerimonia
d'apertura del Forum asiatico del settore manifatturiero,
dicendo che al seguito del rapido sviluppo dell'industria
manifatturiera e dell'aumento delle esportazioni dei
prodotti industriali, la Cina ha gradualmente confermato la
sua posizione di potenza del commercio dei prodotti
manifatturieri finiti. Nel 1980, il totale delle
esportazioni dei prodotti manifatturieri finiti della Cina
era soltanto lo 0.8% del totale mondiale, e nel 2005 tale
percentuale 岢 diventata del 9,6%, portando la Cina al terzo
posto nella classifica mondiale relativa.
